On completion of your booking the on the nose job of cleaning the toilet cassette MUST be carried out including emptying and rinse no exceptions if this is not done unfortunately an extra cleaning fee of $80.00 will apply. When booking please be sure to indicate if you require linen (this is an extra charge) We are offering delivery and self tow options. Delivery fees will be sorted out out when your booking enquiry has been submitted. If delivery option is chosen we will need to know your camp site details prior to delivery. Details such as camp site address, check in times and access codes. IMPORTANT: just a heads up when it comes to the awning, windy conditions may cause the awning to lift and damage may occur which can become very costly. Please remember to think ahead for these occasions.

  • Fur babies allowed inside just be aware a cleaning fee will apply if the van is not cleaned prior to return or pick up.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Communication was excellent with drop off and set up completed ahead of schedule with all essential equipment provided - and the supplied air fryer and ability to use stove indoors was a perfect addition. Would definitely use again.
