Hiring rules
- Prices are charged per day minimum hire 7 days during peak periods.
- Peak Period December and January & Easter/ All School Holidays

- Covers prehire hand overs, gas bottle top ups, full detailed clean and general inspections and tests
- Please be aware that this does not cover for cleaning the van upon your return. if you would like the van cleaned then please select that option when booking or please return the van cleaned as it was received.
- *********BOOKING FEE**********
- Note: Camplify apply booking fee to each booking subject to duration. This will be displayed when you select your booking dates.
- ******* DELIVERY TIMES ******** please coordinate and nominate your preference when booking we will try to accommodate as much as possible. This will allow for smooth efficient hand overs. Please note handover and drop offs take a minimum of 30 mins. You will need to present for both and have a valid licence to be photographed for the hire to commence (camplify policy)
- No smoking in van. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning fee.
- All prices include GST.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
- Linen is NOT provided and hirer must provide their own or add to the booking in extras. Mattress protectors are included only.
- The optional extra "clean the van for me" does NOT include toilet waste removal.
- Toilet must be emptied and cleaned before its returned $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
- All delivery pricing includes:
- • Transport of the caravan to your location
- • Set up on arrival
- • Collection at the end of your booking
- While each booking requires multiple trips, we do not charge for all travel involved and we do not charge for our time. The fee is designed to contribute toward fuel and vehicle running costs only.
- We aim to keep delivery as affordable as possible, however pricing may be adjusted in line with fuel costs over time.
- If you would prefer to avoid delivery fees, you are always welcome to pick up the caravan directly from South Tamworth.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Gary was great communicating and delivered the van to me on site and then picked it up from the same place. The whole process was very easy , I couldnt recommend gary and his Caravan highly enough A+
Emma 5.0Our family had a wonderful stay in this caravan. It was tidy and needs were made ready as we had picked the linen option. The owner went out of their way to check in on us and make sure we were comfortable for the entirety of our stay.
