Millie is a simple Hiace built for comfort and simplicity. It has all the modern amenities you need while driving and kicking back. Pick-up is in the Newcastle area/ Tighes Hill. She's Ideal for 1 or 2 people to travel and sleep with plenty of storage to bring camping gear for friends and family. There is enough space to escape the elements between the lift-up back door and the awning. Windows all around provide plenty of ventilation, and curtains provide privacy and a complete blackout at night. Features - 85L draw fridge - Table and double burner gas cooker - Plenty of storage space for clothes and food - USB and 12V plug charging ports (cables not included) - portable solar panel - AC upfront and rear - Awning For airport delivery, I must be picked up and dropped off at Newcastle Airport only, not in Sydney. I will need to be dropped back home (approximately 25 minutes each way), and only one other person can come with me as it only has two seatbelts. I am not always able to provide this service as I work 7:00-3:30 most days. So please communicate with me once you've made the booking, and we can add airport service after the initial booking.

Hiring rules

  • 1. No offroad driving/ beach driving
  • 2. Before the trip begins, driving on gravel and unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (text, email, Camplify messages).
  • 3. No smoking
  • 4. Awning put away if high winds predicted
  • 5. Vehicle returned clean or risk cleaning fee
  • 6. Please report all damage as soon as possible. Info needed: Who, what, where
  • 7. Pull over if the engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 0240752000. They will advise you on how to contact roadside assistance or other help. Then call me on 0434513034.
  • 8. Make sure to have a great time and leave a review!
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Harrison was very open and communicative about the van, he was flexible with pick up and drop off times and responsive when I had questions while away. The fridge and solar panel made it just that little bit more useful!
