Minimum 2 night off peak. Minimum 7 night peak periods. One night free when hired for 7 nights. Pickup on the day before negotiable. Setup assistance available if required. Off Road is not permitted. Minimum age of hirer is 25.
Hiring rules
- Hirer must empty toilet waste cassette prior to returning or a $90.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- $30.00 charge applies to pet bookings (cats & small dogs only) due to extra cleaning required.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
