Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sue 5.0After our own camper trailer failed we were desperate to find a caravan we could hire to finish out Tassie holiday (we were 4 days into a Christmas trip from Melbourne) thankfully Sarah answered our request, with very short notice, she even came home from her own holiday to give us the van. Her van was perfect and we still got to see all of the amazing sites around Tas. Thanks again Sarah! You made our Christmas!!!!
