- Hiring rules
- o Hiring must be 28 years of age or older.
- o I am flexible with pickup and dropoff times.
- o Smoking and vaping inside or near the caravan NOT allowed.
- o No offroad
- o No Beach Driving
- o CLEANING the van must be returned in the same condition in which you received it to receive a full refund of the deposit. Extra cleaning fees may apply if additional cleaning is needed.
- please clean all equipment used and remove the rubbish.
- o Please leave our beautiful van how you found it and take good care of it as if it was your own.
- o Hirer must empty toilet cassette before end of stay* $250.00 charge if not emptied.
- o If you haven't chosen the cleaning option the Van must be returned cleaned as when picked up (not including Linen)
- o No pets OR pets only upon application Fee applies if accepted (not automatic)
- o No festivals
- o Awning must be packed away before bc weather arises.
- o No Fire under or near the owing. Please ensure the window are closed to avoid smoking out the caravan.
- o LOSS OR DAMAGE Please report any loss or damage to owner immediately.
- o EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe call Camplify on 1300 416 133

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
