Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside the van.
  • Always tent peg the awning down and set on an angle if raining.
  • Sealed roads only.
  • You may be liable for any damage/lost property so please call me if something doesn't look right.
  • Please return with full tank of DIESEL and in a cleanly state excess charges may apply.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
