Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Allan 1.3This is for anyone hiring a van be ware for things unseen that you are unaware of until you start towing or using this happened to me a tyre was so worn it was down to the cavas on one side and out of balance that bad it was vibrating my car I had it changed short time into my trip the brakes were not working either was the hand brake way from being roadworthy the inside was so filthy either side of the mattress was gross let alone the hair that was in the shower I could go on I would first ask if the van is roadworthy
