Hiring rules
- We hope you enjoy our van as much as we do.
- Previous towing experience required
- No Smoking
- No raw fish or seafood allowed in the fridge/freezer. If it comes back smelling of fish, you own it and will be paying for a new equivalent 90L fridge/freezer.
- CLEANING THE VAN Please return the van in a cleaned condition, both inside and out as you found it. Excessive cleaning required by us will incur a $300.00 cleaning charge. Do not use a high pressure hose on the exterior. Please be aware cleaning inside and out can take a couple of hours.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then contact us on the mobile provided.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, please don't stress, this can happen, however we would appreciate you notifying us as soon as possible on the mobile provided with the following details please who, what, where and when will be required.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
