Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Glenn 4.5We had a great trip in Bertie down into the snowy mountains over Xmas. Very easy to drive, very comfortable, with an the necessities. The solar and batteries meant we always had power. We had a couple of questions and Ben replied straight away. Communication was always prompt and clear. I would recommend Bertie for a trip away.
