I agree with the other reviews Ive read. It was lovely speaking to and organising everything with Al, however the van was not the best. The top bunk claims to sleep 2 but I wouldnt even recommend an adult try. You have to climb onto the kitchen bench and crawl flat to get in. Its very uncomfortable and feels like youre sleeping right on the wooden planks below. We also werent able to get hot water working our whole trip, and the van only held about 1.5 showers worth. Overall, if I knew what to expect, I would book this van again with 3 people, instead of 4. It was a fairly good price point, just keep expectations on size in check

Al was a fantastic communicator first off. He picked me up from the train station so I could collect the vehicle without leaving mine. He explained everything I needed to know. The van drives surprisingly well and the seat was very comfortable to sit in for the long daily drives. Al was also very flexible with me returning the vehicle later at night when I returned a day early. It was a great trip and I would recommend this vehicle to others!

Al was the easiest person to deal with, a genuine pleasure to talk to and happy to do anything to make our experience enjoyable. The top bed and bottom bed both provided a comfortable sleep, and the van drove well and was easy to handle/set up/pack down. While the battery is required for fridge use, solar panels could be used and on our 6 day trip simply using the solar in the morning was enough to provide battery power to keep our supplies cold. In summary, the experience was entirely positive and I would recommend booking this van for your trip!

Almulhem was a really great guy, he was easy and pleasant to talk to and replied promptly although the van itself was a huge disappointment. It says it sleeps 4 but if you draw the short straw and have to sleep in the overhead bed then say goodbye to any kind of restful sleep, its like sleeping in a coffin its super claustrophobic and the mattress itself is so thin it feels as though youre sleeping on a plank of wood and youre no better off sleeping on the other bed provided down the bottom as it needs to be assembled with individual pieces and is extremely uncomfortable! No bedding or linen provided as an option too so if youre travelling interstate or internationally then expect to be spending even more money to buy pillows and blankets to sleep with. The gas cooker inside the van didnt work so food that we bought to cook was wasted in the end and the fridge is on battery power and didnt even last an entire day running, we had to keep turning the van on to get the fridge going again but the amount of times youd need to do this to how long it actually lasted was impractical. The van drove well and was easy to park but yea I think at the current price of $225.50 a day (with the cheapest insurance) it would be more pleasant and cheaper just to hire a car and buy some tents instead as none of the camping stuff worked and the sleeping situation was really bad. I think this van would be fine as a budget vehicle but for the current price and what you actually get it was very disappointing.

Our trip in this vehicle was excellent. Al was the perfect host, giving us all the info we needed. The van was very clean and easy to use and we all slept really well on the huge bed once its set up! Highly recommend.
