TO BE ABLE TO TOW AND USE OUR CARAVAN, BUSTA REQUIRES; 50ML TOW BALL & 12 PIN PLUG BUSTA WEIGHTS: 2826kg - Vehicle over 3.0Tonne and only. PLEASE READ OUT HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS - If the vehicle is not over 3.0Tonne, We are not allow the hire to proceed until correct towing vehicle is present. As we are a business, this Caravan isn't available for collections or returns on weekends or PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Collections and returns available from Monday to Friday only.

Hiring rules

• MUST HOLD a current Australia standard driver licence.
• MUST BE over the age of 25 years or older.
• NO SMOKING Inside the caravan – Fees apply of $250.00 if smoking detected
• TOILET Must be empty prior to return – Failure to empty, a $250.00 charge will apply. Chemicals provided in the caravan.
• CLEANING Must be cleaned prior to return – If not cleaned, a $250.00 charge will apply.
• NO BEACH DRIVING AND NO OFFROAD DRIVING Minor gravel roads only.
• AWNING – Must be rolled away if any bad weather or wind increases – fees apply for any damages. Awnings are not susceptible to any bad weather.
• EMERGENCY – Any emergency with the hires, please pull over and immediately contact the camplify hotline # 02 4075 2000.
• DAMAGES You must report any damages immediately. Please email our Brisbane Camperland hire team on bclhire@brisbanecamperland.com.au reporting the damage including photos of the damages and your location.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• PICKUP AND DROPS OFF Our hirers are available for pickups and drop offs Monday to Friday only.
• SUNDAY TRADE We are CLOSED SUNDAYS due to trade licenses.
• TRADING DAYS Monday to Saturday.
• PUBLIC HOLIDAYS We are closed on public holidays and no pickup or drop offs are available on days that fall on a public holiday.
• CHRISTMAS CLOSURE We close over Christmas & New years each year. Hire pickups or returns are not available within our closure dates.
• CLOSURE DATE 2024; 24/12/24 and reopen 02/01/25.
• TOWING & SAFETY WE WILL NOT allow our caravans to be towed if the vehicle present on the day of handover is legally unable to tow the caravan. This applies to
• our motorhomes as well. All driver licenses must be current and appropriate for driving.
• This may incorp additional fees or your hire cancelled and your deposit NONrefundable.
• TRAVEL ALLOWANCE – 250klm per day is included in the hire fee. Any additional kilometres over the 250klm per day is charged at $0.55c per kilometre at the completion of the trip by camplify. These charges are deducted from your credit card on file by camplify.

• PACK 2 1 Queen fitted sheet, 1 Queen Flat Sheet, 1 Doona, 1 Doona Cover, 2 Pillowcases (no pillows provided) Pack cost $50.00
• PACK 3 2 Single bunk bed fitted sheets, 2 Single bunk bed flat sheets, 2 Pillowcases, 2 Single bunk bed doona and 2 Single bunk bed doona cover. Pack cost $50.00
• PACK 4 1 Portable BABYQ BBQ, Gas Bayonet Connection, 1 BBQ tool set, Foil tray and 1 Pk BBQ Cleaning wipes Pack Cost $100.00
• PACK 5 – Towing Mirrors – Pack Cost $25.00
• PACK 6 – Pillow Pack x2 Pillows Pack Cost: $10.00
• PACK 7 – Electric Brake Kit – Pack Cost: $100.00
