MANDATORY TOWING REQUIREMENTS Vehicle Capacity: Your car must be rated to tow at least 1,200kg (Braked). Electric Brakes: A functional Electric Brake Controller is mandatory. It is illegal and unsafe to tow this 1.2t van without one. Gas Safety: The gas bottle valve must be turned OFF at the cylinder before towing. Driving Style: Max speed 110km/h. Take wide turns at corners—the van is wider than your car! The "Click" Check: Before driving, ensure all 4 roof latches are pinned and all windows are fully clicked shut.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
