  • 200km included per day (averaged), excess kilometres will be charged at $0.30 per km at end of hire.
  • No smoking.
  • No pets (may consider exceptions for certain breeds).
  • TOLL ROADS keep note of these as you will need to cover this expense within 3 days to avoid penalties from LinkT.
  • EMERGENCY If any warning lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
  • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • FUEL All hires include a full tank of DIESEL at the beginning of your hire, please return full to avoid being charged for refueling service. Ensure correct fuel (Diesel) is used otherwise the cost of engine damage will be charged.
  • CLEANING Clean the Van, and equipment to the condition it was received in. If not cleaned satisfactorily, cleaning cost is $90.00/hr.
  • As it is newly upholstered and carpeted for hirers comfort, please take off shoes whilst in the back (and outdoor shower is provided to clean off sand/dirt before getting into van) and please take care with food and liquids.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This van has EVERYTHING YOU NEED! plus style and comfort! Winston is great and the communication was prompt and smooth! Me and my partner loved cooking on the amazing stove top supplied, dinner was ready in no time! We only rented for a weekend but I feel we could spend so much more time driving, cooking and napping everywhere we wanted in full comfort! Amazing experience and van, and host! Thank you again Winston!

    Winston is great very supportive and there if you need anything , I was just at a festival and I needed more water he was there filled it up twice and his van is amazing , shower inside and out , and a fridge , toilet as well highly recommend it

    Had the best experience hiring Winstons Sprinter van! Communication was seamless from start to finish, and the handover and pick up in Burleigh were super easy ( just a short drive from Coolangatta Airport). I explored Byron Bay, the hinterlands, and the Gold Coast with ease. The vans setup is incredibly user friendly and relaxing, with everything thoughtfully designed for comfort. The shower and kitchen setup (complete with an air fryer and all the cooking utilities youd need to go off-grid) were fantastic. Its fully solar powered too, which made the whole trip stress free. Highly recommend booking this van for your next adventure, perfect for solo or couple travellers looking to explore in comfort and style!
