Additional information
NO SMOKING VAN Delivery is preferred as this is a large van that is difficult to tow. Dry weight is 2800kgs and with water and fittings is 3500kgs, Towing experience is required for this large van. If Self-Towing your vehicle will need to have a minimum 3500kg towing capacity and brake controller installed. Free camping is possible but bear in mind this is a large van that can use a lot of electricity and water if not careful. Where the linen hire option is selected, linen is provided for 4 bunks and the main bed. The van is 24ft long plus draw bar, and 3.2 meters high so check that your site can accommodate it. There is an additional charge of $119.00 if the toilet cassette is not emptied prior to return (most sites have provision to empty it). There is an additional charge of $50.00 if the BBQ or oven/grille aren't cleaned. Please bring your own fresh water (the tanks are clean but using your own water supply is required). If cleaning is not selected, then the van must be returned in the same condition as at handover, excluding linen and the van exterior. Any additional questions please fell free to contact us. Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
