Hiring rules

• No Off road travel. No smoking inside the motorhome. Please provide your own bedding and towels or if you require them there will be an additional charge of $20.00. Pick up and return during daylight hours please. Return the motorhome with fresh water in the tank and gas in the bottle please. Diesel returned with same amount as when picked up.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We just returned from an incredible 6-day trip in Big Bertha, and I honestly cant speak highly enough of the experience. The motorhome was immaculately presented, well-appointed, and surprisingly easy to drive, even for a larger vehicle. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable journey. Kerri was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, helpful, and thorough. Her handover was easy to follow, and she made sure we felt confident and supported from start to finish. We travelled through the Northern Rivers and New England regions with no issues at all. Big Bertha handled the trip beautifully, with sealed roads, scenic stops, and plenty of room for us and our dogs. We really appreciated the comfort, layout, and thoughtfulness of the fit-out. A solid 5-star experience. I highly recommend both Kerri and Big Bertha to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing motorhome adventure.
