Exceptional , we are new to the motor home adventures and Kerri could not have been more helpful. She was a wealth of knowledge and explained the operations of the vehicle very clearly. It was clean and fully equipped, you need only your clothes. Thank you Kerri for helping us make this experience enjoyable.

We just returned from an incredible 6-day trip in Big Bertha, and I honestly cant speak highly enough of the experience. The motorhome was immaculately presented, well-appointed, and surprisingly easy to drive, even for a larger vehicle. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable journey. Kerri was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, helpful, and thorough. Her handover was easy to follow, and she made sure we felt confident and supported from start to finish. We travelled through the Northern Rivers and New England regions with no issues at all. Big Bertha handled the trip beautifully, with sealed roads, scenic stops, and plenty of room for us and our dogs. We really appreciated the comfort, layout, and thoughtfulness of the fit-out. A solid 5-star experience. I highly recommend both Kerri and Big Bertha to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing motorhome adventure.

RV was well stocked of consumable extras and also supplied with camp table and chairs. 13 day hire with no dramas or breakdowns. Covered a lot of groynd and seen lots of central Australia. Would recommend Big Bertha to family and friends.

We enjoyed the trip very easy everything was provided. There was a bed under the lounges and two singles plus a double over the drivers seat and the kitchen was all operational we felt like we had hired a cabin. Very impressive
