Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kate 4.3The van did not have a kettle or toaster and only x1 coffee cup. The TV did not work either - it could not find any channels. Upon our feedback at the end of the trip - the host said he had trouble with the TV prior to the hire. He should have told us this or had it sorted prior to the hire.
