Thank you for choosing our Van for your trip. 1. Provide name, age and phone number of all drivers. 2. Where are you going? What is the purpose of your trip? 3. What time do you hope to pick up/drop off? 4. Do you plan to travel on any unsealed roads? Payment of a deposit is required within 48 hours of making the booking. Deposit will be 50%. Van is fully self supported with 240 Watts of solar power, 2x100 litre water tanks, ensuite, indoor and an out door kitchen, gas hot water, three way fridge, comfortable queen bed with second bed for a child when the table folds down, A/C which is great in a powered site or a generator can be hired from me for a small fee. EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. DRIVE EMERGENCY - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. Then call me! DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. LONG TRIPS - Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 km's a day with a maximum of 1000km's included in the normal booking price. After 1000km's, you will be charged 30.c per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond. CLEANING - Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. COOKING GAS - Return FULL - refilled from petrol stations with Elgas Message me on Camplify if there are any questions
Hiring rules
- Hirer must empty toilet.
- Must thoroughly clean van after use to be in the same clean state as picked up.
- Must refill gas bottles with receipt to be shown.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
