Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jessica 5.0Lola was genuinely so comfortable to stay in for nearly a week. Lochie had a manual which was super handy and once Id read through it everything was very easy to use and manage. There was very minor things that I discussed with Lochie upon return that couldve made my trip slightly easier, but nevertheless manageable without and I would happily recommend to family and friends to rent Lola. I myself, would happily re hire her!
