Hiring rules

- FUEL Vehicle must be returned full of petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure. Petrol will be charged at $2.50 per litre plus $20.00 service fee if not returned full.
- GAS bottle must be returned full All hires include a full gas bottle
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and van. Excessive cleaning will incur a minimum charge of $150.00
- HIRER Must be 25 years of age or older
- Kilometers include 250/ day. (Extra km charged at 50c/km)
- Tolls, speeding fines, parking, red light fines will be checked and paid by the traveller
- Additional berth in the form of a swag can be added for $15.00/ night
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
