Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Charmayne 5.0Our holiday was incredible. The van was lovely and had everything we needed with extra little added touches like salt, pepper, tea, clothes and air freshener. The van was very clean and was the perfect van for our family of 4 ( kids aged 8 and 10) and our cavoodle. We had room to put his crate on the bottom bunk and that is where he slept. Terry was lovely and easy to work with. Will be hiring again.
