For sale is my completely custom built, self sufficient camper truck with stand alone 3kw solar system. Boasting every thing a single person might need to camp, live or survive in the outback. It has 6 tool boxes underneath and 2 internal for anything you might need including a welder which the solar will run for those rare situations where parts is impossible (I’ve experienced this. You don’t want this) it can also be driven on a standard car licence and amazingly drives just like a car. It’s can however be modified further for family situation living and not house a giant 4mx 1.8m buggy, but already has 2 fold down benches that could have mattresses fitted with little effort to sleep 3 all up. 1 being sleeper cab already in place though a tight fit due to needing it that way to fit buggy and still house myself without having to take it out overnight. Everything on this vehicle has been replaced or upgraded over the past 20 years I’ve owned it from all consumables, suspension, nolethane bushes, rear adjustable airbags fitted to carry ridiculous weight without affecting ride height or handling, too much to list but a few are: injectors, coils, starter, alternator, basically everything on the truck apart from the unbreakable block and pistons have been upgraded or new to assure this end of days vehicle will last a lifetime of ZERO breakdowns in remote locations! Because let’s face it, that the ONLY thing that matters! Right down to the bolts and hose clamps that fit the parts there are no weak points left and it’s been tested vigorously by myself to achieve this result over time. All internal fold up components have been custom made by me to also house a 1 tonne 4m polaris buggy, so can be used as a tow hauler if/when needed as long as the fold away design is maintained but any family not needing this option wouldn’t have much trouble adding options they require. I have also installed a huge 4.5 tonne tow bar during this process so it’s capable of towing a caravan or trailer of any type as when I did “camp” (if you can even call it that anymore 😂” I also towed a 2nd custom dual level Polaris and jet ski combo so that I had all aspects of living at my fingertips as you could. From fold down seating/beds, 3 burner cookers. Dual 30kg gas bottles, 42 inch LCD tv, dual 50L water tanks a custom designed indoor gas shower (said it couldn’t be done so of course I did it) diesel heater (again said it couldn’t be done so I did it),50 LT fridge (but room on shelf for bigger) even comes with new snow chains, solid steel, winch run tailgate/ramp/balcony, this stupidly over engineered truck makes all other competition look pointless in comparison in a slimline -drive most places design, capable of going where all other campervans can and then some. If you saw the places I have taken it you would be amazed due to the quad wheel rear drive. These photos were taken on completion of build before a year of use, so general wear and tear damage and dirt have been applied since then but will be cleaned and repaired where needed for sale 😊 The solar side is high quality low light panels meaning never having to rely on direct sunlight or powered sites ever again 4 of the 550w panels charge and 400ah lithium battery backup while easily maintaining any power usage one might need (ie microwave, toaster, kettle, hairdryers, power tools) during the day. I even rent out power outlets to other campers because it’s such a big system it seems selfish otherwise 😂 the 5th panel runs all the 12 volt side of the truck including truck battery so you NEVER have a flat battery again! It’s basically capable of running my house, which I did for 3 months with no pesky surprises or power bills. Truck is Located Nowra NSW Australia. Inspections are very welcome. I’m currently prettying it up so will need 2 weeks from 22/6/24 to have it up to previous quality standards for sale but can be sold earlier as is for the impatient buyer like myself
