Hiring rules

  • • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
  • • No smoking allowed inside the vehicle.
  • • The van is to be cleaned and returned in the same condition it was received. There will be a cleaning fee of $150.00 if it is not cleaned and returned in the same condition.
  • • Please return the van with a full tank of unloaded
  • • If the key is lost there will be a replacement fee.
  • • Any damages or lost or breakages of items will incur a replacement/ repair fee or an insurance claim.
  • • The van is strictly not off road.
  • EMERGENCY if you have found yourself in an accident call 000, then Camplify on 1300 416 133 and then call us!
  • • If the van breaks down or the keys are locked inside, please call Camplify on 1300 416 133 and select option 4 for Roadside assistance.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
