SERVICE FEE As part of our premium service, we carry out a comprehensive hand over and return service. The handover service will take approximately 1.5 hours. During this time one of our dedicated staff will show you how to set up and pack up our camper. This will enable you to use our van to its full potential. The service fee is a one-off fee per hire and is not negotiable _______________________________________________________ BATTERY INFORMATION The hire van battery(ies) must be charged using one of the following methods: onboard solar, vehicle charging via Anderson plug, 240v charging at caravan parks, or by selecting the option for a portable 120W solar panel kit, which costs $50.00 per week. Further to this if the battery is flattened during the hire period, you may incur charges to replace it. If you are hiring the van for more than 1 week, we strongly recommend installing an Anderson plug with low voltage cut off (to protect your 4wd starting battery) and brake controller. The van does come with an onboard (Bluetooth) brake controller, but for long hires, we prefer that your tow vehicle has an electric brake unit and Anderson plug wiring pre-fitted. _______________________________________________________ HIRING CONDITIONS Standard Pickup Times: Monday - Friday between 9am and 2.30pm. Standard drop-off times: Monday - Friday between 9am and 3pm Saturday-Sunday = CLOSED Please note these times are our business hours, late drop offs may incur additional charges or may require drop off the following day We are located in Endeavour Hills, VIC. _______________________________________________________ OFF ROAD USE Off Road use is only with prior approval. Please notify us with your booking enquiry about your intended route, experience 4WDing and detailed tow vehicle specifications. Failure to do so will result in loss of Bond. Please note caravan insurance policies do not cover under body damage caused from off road use, and other forms of damage may also be excluded. _______________________________________________________ CLEANING You can wash/clean the van prior to return or pre-book to have the van cleaned for a hassle free drop off – see “Extra Products” at time of booking. Vans returned dirty will have the cleaning fees applied. _______________________________________________________ ADDITIONAL NOTES Festivals accepted upon application To add hire times, please message us No smoking in van.   Dave cares deeply about you having a great trip with TVAN that works. Went away with 3 other family with TVAN they were all trashed and with nothing in good working order, you have trust this man not to impact on your holiday trying to fix stuff that simply should just work!! 10 out of 10!!!
