Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Adam 5.0Had a great long weekend in Basil at Victor Harbor. Tristan was a great host and provided some extras to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. The van is as described, original (not updated) but everything you need for a great getaway. Oh and it was a very hot weekend and the AC worked great. Would absolutely book again.
