Hiring rules
- Strictly NO SMOKING in caravan
- No pets in van and this includes birds, mice, rats or any other animal.
- Toilet to cleaned before hand back.
- Van is to be left clean with rubbish emptied.
- Awning is to be rolled away in storms and excessive wind.
- All hatches to be closed when leaving caravan.
- All breakages to be paid for by hirer.
- All utensils and crockery to be washed and put away.
- Loss of keys will incur a replacement fee.
- Only contracted clients to be staying in the van.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older. Caravan is ideal for Powered sites at Rainbow Beach and Tin Can Bay caravan parks.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
