We would love you to enjoy a stay in our caravan! Our 'Musket' will feel like a home away from home, with its air-conditioning, ensuite, comfy bed and very comfortable recliner chairs. All the little extras 'Musket' comes with will ensure you can relax and enjoy your break. Whether you are wanting just a couple of nights away or a much longer stay in the van, we are here to help you on your way. (For stays of a week or more, we will arrange a discounted price for you). For your convenience the van is equipped with the following - (inside the caravan) 2 x sirocco fans over bed 1 x Smart TV 1 x toaster and electric kettle 4 x dinner plates, plus large & small butter plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cups 2 x wine glasses and beer holders 4 x knives, forks, spoons, and teaspoons 1 x sharp knife, ladle, can opener, peeler, grater, colander, salad bowl, measuring jug 2 x tongs, flippers 2 x saucepans 2 x frypans (electric and stove top) 1 x oven tray 2 x microwave dishes, cork heat mats, oven mitts 2 x small rubbish bins and bags Cling wrap, alfoil, baking paper Cleaning products, toilet paper, soap on tap For the awning area: Clothes line and pegs 2 anti-flap (velcro attachments); 3 under-poles designed to curve the awning roof; 3 privacy walls for the awning; 2 camping chairs, mat, 2 side tables. Should you wish to use it, there is a full annex and anti-flap attachments (not fully waterproof in rain) which can be partially/fully assembled. The Van has a dual water filter system attached. NOTE: HIRER Requirements: You will need an Electric Brake Controller with a 12 pin set-up with a 50mm tow ball. (If your hitch setup is "low" to the ground, we do have a hitch which can be swapped in for the term of the hire as the Van rides high off the ground due to its suspension system)

Additional information

On delivering 'Musket' to your site, we will assist you with the set-up. We will show the features of the caravan which will assist you with making your usage of the Van more enjoyable. For caravan site bookings, the total length of site required is 8.4m (approx distance from rear trye to end of hitch bar). This information will assist the Park staff with a suitable site for your enjoyment. This is also applicable for residential or other location stays.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking in caravan.
  • Musket to be returned clean and tidy with the toilet cassette cleaned and empty, other wise a cleaning fee is charged of $100.00 for the caravan and $100.00 for the toilet.
  • The awning must be comprehensively pegged down, if opened. If strong winds are forecasted/prevailing, the awning should be retracted immediately.
  • Any third party fees and payments must be finalised prior to delivery of Musket, including any Caravan Site fees.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
