Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had an amazing experience renting the van from Laura! The van was exactly as described clean, well organized and perfectly equipped for our trip. Everything worked great and it honestly made our journey so much easier and more enjoyable. Laura and her sister were both super kind and attentive from the beginning. They were always helpful, quick to respond, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend renting this van to future travelers. If youre planning a trip, you wont regret it!

    Great trip to Bathurst. Van drives really nice and had everything we needed. Was nice to settle in a watch a movie on the projector.

    RhiRhi is amazing! Drives really smoothly and is super cosy. Perfectly equipped with very high quality equipment and has everything you need! Great communication and everything was very straightforward. Definitely recommend!
