Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Hank took us to the Tip and what a great time we had. Hank tows well and is an easy little compact unit. Less is more with Hank as Chris supplies all the basic necessities and he also had lots of great advice to offer us for our journey. Definitely intend to bring an extra layer for the mattress in the RTT as its quite hard. Overall, we will 100% hire from Chris again and will be seeing Hank for our next trip up to the cape!

    A great weekend away. Well setup trailer with everything you need, some extra items to make your trip more convenient and a breeze to tow. Bring an extra layer for the double-sized bed if you prefer a softer mattress. Will rent again.

    Took the camper to Cape York, have zero issues! Considering the conditions, it was a breeze. A very tough camper and would recommend it to anybody. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, great communication and made the whole process stress free. 100/10
