Additional information
We are serious about no smoking as the smell of cigarette smoke is expensive and almost impossible to remove. If the hirer smokes in the van they will be charged for the full clean up expense including the full replacement of all fabric items. Set up fee is $50.00 Relocation fee is $2.00 per kilometre (base to destination) Eg. 50kms away from base = $100.00 + $50.00 set up fee Total $150.00 * Minimum Relocation Fee $150.00
Hiring rules
- Hirer must empty toilet and grey water tank before returning vehicle.
- Absolutely no smoking inside the Caravan
- Toilet sterilisation packets will be provided and must be used as per the instructions on the package
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
