Hiring rules

  • Treat the vehicle as if it were your own.
  • Return it in the same condition as received: no rubbish, surfaces wiped, all kitchen items cleaned and put away.
  • $150.00 cleaning fee applies if not.
  • Report any damage immediately.
  • If warning lights appear or the temperature rises, pull over and call us.
  • No smoking inside the vehicle.
  • Drive safely and obey all traffic rules.
  • Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
  • No beach driving or extended gravel roads.
  • Extended offroad driving only with prior approval.
  • Allowance: 260 km per day. Extra kilometres charged at $0.35 per km.
  • Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
