Additional information
We can offer the original thick comfortable cushions for some camping luxury or some light weight, space saving cushions if you don't plan on staying inside a lot.
Hiring rules
- CLEANING
- Please remove all rubbish and return the camper in the same clean condition inside and out. If the camper is not adequately cleaned cleaning charges will apply. We have included cleaning items for your convenience, or you can select clean the van for me in extra's.
- Campers with mud or sand in/on them will be charged extra cleaning fees. You will need to use a pressure washer after a beach/outback trip to clean the camper properly. Or you can select outback trip clean in the extra's.
- Do not attempt to clean any material eg: Canvas with chemicals or detergents. As this will affect the canvas & waterproofing. Please contact us asap if stains or marks occur. Damage due to cleaning canvas with chemicals or detergents will be put through as a damage claim.
- TOWING
- Hirers must have previous towing experience and a suitable preapproved tow vehicle.
- Alternatively, we can deliver it to your chosen location.
- Electric Brake controller required and is available for hire, if required.
- We allow some offroad adventures, please ask us and let us know where you will be traveling to. Any outback or beach trips will attract a surcharge due to extra cleaning and maintenance required.
- Minimum driver age 25
- If you abandon the camper for any reason during the hire contract, ALL associated retrieval and cleaning costs will be charged to you
- GENERAL
- No smoking inside or immediately near the camper trailer
- Pets are allowed in the camper but not on beds
- Sheets must be used on the beds even when using a sleeping bag. (This is to keep the mattress & mattress protector clean)
- DAMAGE
- If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Even if it is minor this helps us get everything fixed or replaced for the next hire.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kate 4.8The camper was great. As novice campers it was easy to use. Had all the utensils and most cooking basics. Shannon and her husband where very kind, quick with communication and very clear with instructions.
Anthony 5.0We had a wonderful two weeks in the van travelling up the Queensland coast (to 1770) and back again. It was great to have a quick setup and ample cooking facilities. The solar panel / battery kept the fridge cold all the time. Any minor issues, Shannon was on the end of a text with a quick response.
