Experience the best of glamping with our convenient delivery set up and pack down service at stunning locations around Ningaloo Reef. Alternatively you may choose to stay at one of the caravan parks in Exmouth town centre or experience a station stay at Yardie Homestead or Bullara. If you would like to stay at Coral Bay or further along the coastline please contact us for more information. The following are included when you hire Elsa: • Bedding, linen & bath towels • Queen bed with innerspring mattress • En-Suite with shower and (cassette) toilet • Fridge/freezer –240V or 12V • Cooktop – 4 burner gas and gas grill • 12V range hood with lights • Microwave (requires 240V power) • Reverse cycle air conditioning (requires 240V power) • TV/DVD player (12V) • Roof-mounted solar panel • Two gas bottles (complimentary gas) • Water tank x 2 with pressurised water pump • Fire extinguisher & fire blanket • Smoke detector • First aid kit • Outdoor mat • Outdoor camping chairs (2) and camping table • Washing machine • Basic pantry with olive oil, salt & pepper (grinders), sugar, plunger and instant coffee and tea.
Hiring rules
- The caravan is not to be moved or towed under any circumstances.
- Toilet cassette needs to be emptied and cleaned at the end of your rental or a $250.00 fee will apply.
- No smoking in van.
- No pets please.
- No storing of fish or bait in the fridge/freezer.
- Please book your camp site prior to booking the van.
- Setup outside the 100 km radius on request, please inquire.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jen 5.0We absolutely loved our stay in Elsa. The van is pristine, well appointed and so comfortable. The additional outdoor set-up is great and everything you need is provided. The queen bed is super comfy, there is heaps of storage and having a bathroom is fantastic. Could not fault anything and Mandy is so helpful and will explain everything you need to know. We would stay in Elsa again in a heartbeat - it is a great travel experience in a beautiful part of WA.
