The caravan comes fitted with a bike rack suitable for taking 4 bikes. We like to take along an extra camping fridge that we keep outside which can be added extra for a small charge when booking if needed. We also have the Oz tent rv4 that can be added on as an extra. Perfect for next to the caravan for teenagers wanting their own space. Just ask when making a booking and we can give a price if this is something you might be interested in.

Hiring rules

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
• No pets
• No smoking inside or near doorway/windows of van
• Awning to be brought in during high winds/adverse weather
• No off road or beach site bookings
• Children must be supervised when climbing to the upper bunk bed
• Bunk beds are not suitable for large adults, they are weight rated and not suitable in length
• Caravan must not be towed off road (corrugated rutted and un made roads) or any beach use
• If you are unsure if your vehicle is suitable to tow this caravan please let us know your vehicle details in the booking request
• Caravan must be cleaned and returned in the same original condition. If not returned in the same condition, then a cleaning fee of $150.00 for inside and $100.00 for outside will be charged. Red Dirt fee of $350.00 also applies.
• Please read and follow the instructions/booklet provided to prevent misuse or damage
• Please look after our caravan as if it is your own. We would prefer you contact us in the event you have any issues

  Thank you so much James for your informative and timely communication. The process from booking to dropping the van back was seamless and made our trip up north so stress free. We had 2 adults and our 15 month old in the Van, the zip in baby cot was great and gave us peace of mind that our daughter was sleeping safely. The van was clean and tidy and equipped with everything we needed, having the small comforts of the coffee machine and additional BBQ was great. Set up and pack up of the Expanda was quite simple and quick to do once you get a rhythm of how to do everything. The van was easy to tow and reverse being a dual axle. Thank you so much James our home away from home for 2.5 weeks, was just what we needed. We will definitely be hiring again.

  Hi, Booking Outback Baby Haven with James was fantastic. The hand over was clear and provided great feedback on the Van. The van also came with games to keep us occupied on those lazy days.   The van suited us perfectly. We have a 1 year old and a nearly 5 year old. Loads of space and it had everything we needed. James went thru everything thoroughly before we set off also. Highly recommend.

  Would definitely recommend renting one of James vans. Great communication, he went through everything we needed to know, and pick up / return was easy. The van contained everything we needed - including a cupboard of board games (which was a welcome find after I forgot to pack ours). We would rent again
