Hiring rules

- Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins
- Please be familiar with the exclusions and conditions of insurance coverage
- Hirer must be aged 25 years or over
- No beach driving
- Emergency if an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133
- Roadside assistance call 1300 416 133, Option 4 for roadside assistance
- Damage if damage occurs, you must report it immediately by calling 0412 865 555
- Cleaning return the van in a clean condition to avoid an additional charge
- Deposit pay within 48 hours to secure your booking
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
