  • Meat and fish should be cooked outside the caravan
  • Awning must be packed away in high winds or extreme weather events
  • Van to be returned clean or charges will apply. This includes cleaning the interior, exterior, the BBQ and toilet cassette to the same level it was taken in.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
