Hiring rules
- Please No smoking inside the Van additional cleaning fees will apply.
- All caravans/tow vehicles have GPS Trackers fitted.
- If the caravan is not returned by the due time and date as per the booking, any recovery costs will be payable by the hirer.
- Any traffic infringements during the hire will be signed over to the primary booking holder
- The awning must be put away during any rain and wind to prevent damage to it.
- The van must be returned CLEAN, TIDY and Toilet EMPTIED unless you have paid extra for us to clean it for you under extra products.
- PLEASE NOTE When the toilet red light comes on, it is full and must be emptied before continuing to use. If the toilet overflows, there is a $150.00 cleaning surcharge. This may be charged on top of the toilet emptying fee, if you selected "Clean the chemical toilet for me" option and you let it overflow.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Christian 5.0This van was by far the most comfortable and useable van we had hired. Owners provided awesome video instructions for everything and their communication was excellent. Electric awning on the van is the best thing ever! It will be hard to go back to manual awnings!!
