  Quite an underwhelming van to be honest. Were lucky we haggled on the price, or this van wouldnt have been worth it. Min was helpful and a really nice guy, but failed to tell us the water pump was broke, Kenny (the owner) told us this over the phone after we collected the van, without any sympathy as if it was our problem telling us go to bunnings and buy a bucket, and some fairy liquid this cost us more in the long run, having to find places with better amenities or buying/storing large litres of water to clean. He also wasnt overly helpful, he almost seemed bothered we were ringing him, asking him stuff I mean what else do you expect without receiving a handover? Which he deems crucial in their hire description. Easter weekend or not, dont hire a van out not expecting questions, especially after just leaving the keys in a lock safe. We were just guessing how to use things, and this is 2 people who are fairly experienced with van hires here! I mean how was I to know the cooker covered in Japanese writing, wouldnt work when its all lit up, without putting weight on it. Which button worked which light (as most didnt even work without a good tap) the bed sheets were dirty (rust stain spots on them) and the van just isnt as practical, and as singing and dancing as it was advertised as. Yeah its a smooth drive and new, but for practicality it just isnt all that, the seats are only good folded down once you remove all the head rests, and even then youve got to climb over them to sleep in the back, sitting and cooking in the van just isnt great (the cooking area should slide out like everything else) & you cant open the fridge whilst sat in the van. If you want to pose in a good looking van, with bull bars and a winch, and not something to actually travel with useful features, then this van is for you. Sorry

  Review: We had an amazing experience with the rental camping car! Everything was absolutely perfect, and we truly loved the car. It had everything we needed, and it was so nice and comfortable to live in. The only thing we missed was having camping chairs and a table to sit outside, which would have made the experience even better. But other than that, the car was fully equipped and met all our expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful timewe truly loved rainbow!
