Hiring rules

  • Since it will be your home for the next days and nights, as it will be of the home of others, please treat it and look after it as if it was yours. We kindly ask you to return it in the same conditions you have found it.
  • Strictly nonsmoking. Don't risk a $100.000 fine.
  • 200km per day allowance. Any additional kilometer will be charged @ $0.55/km at end of the hire or beforehand. Simply shoot a message across and we'll find a suitable way for both of us.
  • Please refrain from driving the van at dusk, dawn, or at night due to increased animals on the roads during these times.
  • We offer a "clean the van for me option" in case you run out of time. That's cool simply prebook this service or let us know before you drop the motorhome off again.
  • Animals and pets are strictly prohibited unless they are agreed and paid for. It is the hirer's responsibility to clean up and remove all the fur upon return even if they have prebooked their pet.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
