Hiring rules
- No smoking in van.
- No Pets in Van.
- Toilet cassette MUST be emptied and cleaned before return of van, otherwise a cleaning charge will apply.
- Hirer must be 21 years or older.
- Van must be returned clean inside and out otherwise there will be a cleaning charge.
- If you need the van the day before your holiday dates to pack, please book the day before to allow yourself the extra time. Pick ups the day before your booking dates are not accepted due to insurance purposes.
- Pick up between the hours of 9am6pm. Your pick up time will need to be approved to make sure we are able to accommodate that time/day for you.
- For any bookings less than 5 days, we have a minimum 5 day charge.
- Please allow 1 1.5 hours for hand over of van on collection/delivery.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
