PLEASE READ ME! You’ll hopefully find the answers to some of your questions below. PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES: We appreciate your punctuality. PICK-UP: *Please allow an hour for the initial handover. Pick up is by appointment and between 9am and 3:30pm during the week. Saturday mornings by appointment only. *No Pick Up on Sunday's.* DROP-OFF: Drop off times during the week: 9am-2 pm Sunday/Public holiday drop off between 2pm - 4pm. No Drop Off on Saturday. **We do recommend you arrive at your destination BEFORE it gets dark to setup your campsite. PRICING for Crazy B Base Station : OFF PEAK RATE: $120.00p/day (all other dates) PEAK RATE: $135.00/day (school holidays, long weekends and events) DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: Crazy B campers offers relocations of our vans up to 300kms from our Taigum depot. Each delivery will be quoted based on dates and distance from site. *Please note that the transporter travels the full distance 4 times to drop off and collect vans. This quote includes any tolls to and from the destination and also includes set up and pack up of the van. The hirer is still required to clean the van and empty toilet unless they have paid a van cleaning fee or van and toilet cleaning fee prior to their trip. *Failure to do so will incur a van cleaning fee of $200.00 or $300.00 to empty and clean the toilets. *Delivery is subject to the availability of drivers and there is a minimum charge. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The service fee includes use of towing mirrors, gas for the van, full water tanks, maintenance and a thorough handover brief. The service fee DOES NOT cover things like mud, sand or salt covered vans, nor does it cover the return of a van that hasn't been cleaned or a toilet that hasn't been emptied. ALL VANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION THE WENT OUT Non Negotiable Requirements below: -All crockery and kitchen utensils are required to be cleaned, dried and packed away. -Toasters empty of crumbs, kettles and jugs empty of water. -Cords, hoses, ramps and chocks all returned neatly to the outside boots. If you DO NOT wish to clean the van interior (excluding the requirements above) and the exterior of any sand/mud/dirt/grass, you can opt to pay the $150.00 "clean the van for me" option. (this DOES NOT include the toilet) If you DO NOT wish to clean and empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $250.00 "clean the van and toilet for me" option. If traveling outback or offroad (with approval) all red dirt/mud/sand must be cleaned from the van or an 'outback clean' option must be selected. (Outback Exterior Clean $200.00) If the owner of the van allows hirers to take pets, an additional "Pet Fee" will be required of $50.00 per pet (must have prior approval, only in vans where the owner has made pets allowable). All pet hair must be cleaned from the van prior to return. Excess pet hair will incur a "excess pet hair cleaning fee" of $100.00. Pet owners are responsible for their pets and will incur charges for any damage made by them. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable. INSURANCE: All of the caravans and RVs at Crazy B Campers are comprehensively insured and, if the RV is designed to do so, may be permitted for some off-road use (upon strict prior agreement). Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused by off-road use. The minimum age to tow or drive any Crazy B Campers RV is 25 years, with the standard liability (excess) being at $350.000.
