Special towing information
Our Van has Elecbrakes and we will supply the remote at no additional charge. Towing mirrors must be used when towing, we will supply at no additional charge. Breakaway System installed. Connection is a 7 pin flat but we loan you an adaptor to suit if required. The weight of our van is designed for towing by vehicles that can tow 2.5 Tonne and upwards. Should you want the Fridge to continue running whilst travelling you will need to have a grey Andersen Plug on your vehicle.

Short distances along well maintained gravel roads, to and from campsites are permitted. Hirer must be 28 years of age or older. Pickup and drop off times: Strictly between 7:30am - 4:30PM, if available pickups can be organised the evening before the hire upon request.
Hiring rules
- TOWING
- 🆘 EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
