Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• 🚬 No smoking inside the van
• 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean.
• 🦍 DAMAGE Please be gentle with the fitout and any delicates such as curtains. Please report any and all damage and we can work together to get to a fair outcome. I take pride in my vans and expect them to be treated well on hire :)
• 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to kilometre allowance 200k per day averaged over the trip. $1.00 per K will be charged for excess K's
• ⛽ FUEL Tank will be filled with Premium Fuel when you collect the vehicle. Please return the van with a full tank of Fuel. Always double check if the van is Petrol or Diesel before visiting service station.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  I hired The Orca for a month travelling through NSW. The van was very comfy and economical. Didnt miss a beat. Had everything in it but maybe kettle needs an update (no whistle) Matt was amazing always in contact and I would certainly recommend to family and friends.

  Absolutely had a blast with the camper! Was easy to set up and easy to pack back up. Definitely recommend if you are travelling for a week or more!

  Great van for it's age. Got everything you need. Fridge wasn't working. Green light coming on but not getting cold. Matt was a very good communicator. Thank you again we would hire it again.
