Special towing information
If your car is not fitted with a electric brake controller, a portable controller can be made available for hire, for an additional $100 with your booking. The hirer will be responsible to ensure that the electric brake unit is working correctly for the whole hire period. This trailer does not use a tow ball, instead a Treg hitch is required. The Treg Hitch can be provided if needed, however a 50mm tow socket (standard for full-sized 4WD's), and you will need to be able to remove your tow ball to allow for the Treg hitch to be installed.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
