Additional information

We are able to store your car or we can collect you from Ballarat/Wendouree train station. All part of the service at no charge. We provide first aid kit, gas bottle, 2 burner cooker, basic cuterly, crockery, pots, pans and utensils. 20 litre drum fresh drinking water included as well as camp table and 2 camp chairs. A bag of camp firewood free as our guests. Esky included or extra cost for 12v fridge/freezer Portapotty optional free inclusion on request. Must be returned empty or fee for cleaning. BYO torch/lighting.

Linen/towels can be provided for interstate visitors at a negotiated cost

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $125.00 per day
Service fee: $40.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
