We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Fun Factory - Sue was great to communicate with and then we had a wonderful couple of weeks heading to Exmouth and back. There were 3 of us and having two spacious rooftop tents was perfect. The van and the tents were both so easy to use which made the road trip so much smoother. Finally, the extra amenities Sue can provide - especially the linen - was 100% worth paying for. Definitely recommend!

I had such an amazing time on my trip in the van. Excellent kitchen facilities, the bedding was comfy & zero van issues. Sue is a fantastic communicator. Would 100% recommend hiring out this van!

Nice experience lived with this camper van (10 days), not a recent vehicle but works pretty well. Just one comment regarding the seats in the back, they are not super comfortable, so be careful if you plan a long trip ... Super interactions with Susan, she was really nice all along the trip.

We spent two great weeks with the van. It's very well furnished (fridge, plugs, two tents on the roof) and very clean. The perfect vehicles for a roadtrip on the west coast The pick up/drop off was very smooth with Susan. I highly recommend this van experience

Communication with Susan was perfect and we got all the information needed before the handover that went super smooth. the WOW Wagon is a very cool van with lot of Km but still looks as it is on its early years. 2nd Van trip experience in Australia and this one was amazing.

Personally I do not recommend, ideally look for options that allow you to go to the beach or off-road since the west is full of those places and the idea of the trip is to get to know them, not avoid them. At first I didn't have much communication with her, she left my messages seen and I was waiting for a response. Constantly check the speed limits and your location which is a bit annoying because you can't enjoy independence. Dirty dishes and stoves. We had an incredible experience renting cars from Anneke and Reineke through Camplify, and I highly recommend them as they have well-equipped cars that are easier to ride.
