Why I love Camping

I'm a city dweller and there's so much to love about Melbourne, but I couldn't get by without my nature time. There's nothing like leaving the city behind to spend a few days (or better yet, months) letting the nature wash over you. When I'm surrounded by nature, I feel my real self coming back. I relax and all my anxiety washes away.

Favourite camping destination

My home state of Victoria is brimming with incredible places but I'm really fond of the Great Ocean Road. Growing up in Victoria, I've had a lifetime of adventures on the Great Ocean Road and in my adult life, I've seen much of the region on foot. My favourite outdoor activity is hiking and the Great Ocean Road / Otways region features some of the most incredible coastal and temperate rainforest hiking trails in the state.
