Wow, we had a great time, Nik is fantastic, we felt so welcomed and trusted. Alot of information to take in, ideally a couple of sheets of paper with pics of controls and when to use them/what to check if they don't work would have made a difference but as we found ourselves without service to ring. IVY is so easy to drive, handles well and has plenty of power. I'd rent her again in a heartbeat, just be aware that lauriston is a long way from Melbourne.

The motorhome is good except the shower drainage system. The drainage was blocked by a lot of sands which were brought by the previous customer, the water got stuck in the shower room that we couldn't properly shower. The owner did not clean it properly or fix the drainage issue, we ended up having to stay in the caravan sites and paid for the amenities. The owner Nik is a liar. She admitted the shower drainage issue was caused by the previous customer during our phone conversation, but because we did not have the message as proof, she lied to Camplify saying the drainage was blocked by us. Also, she wanted us to return the motorhome one day earlier which we have already paid for the day. I would like to warn all the potential customers to keep all the photos and messages to protect yourselves instead of making phone calls with Nik, as she is a liar and she will lie about everything!

In a nutshell - AMAZING. Nik takes such good care of the van. We were totally spoiled with a gorgeous welcome hamper and all the care taken to ensure all the little bits were included so nothing was forgotten. Nik gave a great briefing and communication was A+++ Thanks Nik - we will be back if you'll have us

Ivy is a great van - well equipped and drives well. Nik & Grace are a joy to hire from. Very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. We've hired Ivy twice now and highly recommend!

A really great way to travel. Nice contemporary motor home and fantastic people to deal with. Everything was provided right down to the salt and pepper and olive oil. The heater was amazing especially during winter time in Victoria. Would hire Ivy again.

My wife, 8 year old Daughter and I had a fantastic 10 day trip in Ivy. Its the first time we've been away in an RV and we loved every moment. Nik was a fantastic owner, answering all our questions before the hire patiently and promptly and the handover was done in great detail with Nik going over things as often as we needed. Really Ivy comes complete with everything you need for your trip. Ivy's setup supports powered and un-powered camping really easily. All bedding and kitchen items come with the van and we were all very snug and comfortable at night. The only thing we needed was more time! Thanks to Nik being such a wonderful host.

The greatest means of travelling there is in our opinion, its the third time weve hired the Ivy and everytime the experience has been fantastic. Nik is a delight to deal with, more than helpful in every way and the RV is always immaculate and so easy to drive a set up. Couldnt recommend more highly that you take the Ivy on your next holiday

Our holiday was amazing with Nik & Grace RV. Nik & Grace were so kind, helpful and lovely. They explain everything about the RV. The vehicle was extremely comfi, big and so beautiful. We can highly recommend this RV for everyone who is planning to take a trip with a mobilehome.
