Holiday was amazing and Joanne van had everything we need for a special weekend away.

DO NOT RENT THIS VAN A Complete Nightmare I absolutely do not recommend renting this van. This experience ruined our trip and left us completely disappointed. The photos on the listing are not what they seem at alltheyre completely misleading. The van was nothing like what we expected. It was filled with **dirt, dust, grime, mud, and even dead insects and leaves** all over the interior and utensils, throughout cupboards and draws. Ive rented much simpler campervans in the past, and they were in far better condition than this! Upon pick-up, we found the van filthy. Wasn't even ready for us, she had to fill up the water infront of us, and the petrol was not even half a tank, which we couldn't believe. The cupboards were covered in dirt and grime, and there was sticky residue on the steering wheel. The utensils were disgusting, and we had to spend **hours cleaning** just to be able to use them. On top of that, in the front there were large dog hairs everywhere. It felt like the van had never been properly cleaned, and it was beyond disgusting. When we confronted Joanne about the condition of the van, she was **rude**, belittling, dismissive, and tried to brush it off, claiming that the cleaner might not have done a proper job. She showed no accountability, didnt apologise at all, and instead tried to make excuses. Joanne is not trustworthy, horrible person, with no heart or remorse (she accidentally called herself Kristy and I asked her why but she brushed it off) and clearly doesn't care about her customers or the condition of her rental. There were also several major issues with the van itself that made it nearly unusable: 1. **Cheaply Fixed Handles**: Many cupboard handles were either replaced with wires or had no handles at all, making them impossible to open easily. 2. **Fridge Nightmare**: The fridge was nearly impossible to close properly. It took at least three attempts each time to close the drawer properly due to the rail being broken and not installed into a cupboard. 3. **Dangerous decorative picture Frames**: The window frames were cracked or had no glass at all, which is not only uncomfortable but also **extremely dangerous**. 4. **Damaged Cupboard Handles**: Several cupboard handles were either missing or replaced with wires, making it difficult to open the cupboards. 5. **Faulty Sound System**: Only ONE speaker on left side worked, making it impossible to enjoy music or even hear directions from the GPS for the driver. 6. **Loud Wind Noise**: The van made a loud, thumping wind noise from the left side while driving, suggesting there might be a structural issue. 7. **Broken Awning**: The awning, which was one of the reasons we chose this van, was completely broken and couldnt be used. 8. **Exposed Metal Wires**: There were exposed metal wires throughout the van, which posed a significant **safety hazard**. To make matters worse, we also had to wait for **over two hours** at the car wash before we could even begin our trip, wasting valuable time, then we were stuck in traffic. We had to do the check in twice as she was rudely working at her store talking to customers. When we reached out to **Joanne** to request **reimbursement for the car wash**, she never took responsibility for the state of the van or the inconvenience it caused. Instead, she threatened that if we left a review, she wouldnt refund the car wash money, essentially forcing us into silence. This is completely unethical!! Ive already forwarded Joanne's emails to Campify so they are aware of this horrible experience. Joanne (or Kristy) has shown a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for her customers. Do not trust her. Not to mention we didn't hear from Joanne for 1.5 week in to our trip (rented for 14 days) Save yourself the trouble and look for reliable option elsewhere. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I would never hire from this provider. The caravan was late to the agreed time, also late to be picked up and the van was covered in dirt and filth on arrival. The owner spent 4 hours 'cleaning' it after its arrival at the site. People were talking about the caravan at the caravan site when it arrived. It was splattered in what could have been roadkill or vomit, unsure. The inside was marginally better. Remote for tv didn't work , radio didn't work, only gas for the fridge not electric as that didn't work either, I was constantly worried incase I ran out of gas. I had spoiled food awaiting the fridge to come on. It could have been done prior. Ceiling was falling down, bedside lights were defunct , not useable. Lots and lots wrong here. Never again! Ruined our family holiday in part. Overall a '0' for rating not even a 1. Even though the owner stayed and agreed things weren't up to scratch she would not agree to a reduction if price in hire. Wish I could post the photos. I paid $2000 for a weeks hire as I took all inclusion offered to make it a stress free holiday. An absolute joke.

We hired the van for 5 nights. Due to a stressful handover and a few things in the van not working or missing this van hire was not as good as it could have been. This van gets very hot, if you can connect to power the aircon works good, but the fans dont do much on a hot day and unfortunately on our trip the battery system was not charging properly so we couldn't keep everything running to stay cool. This Van is also more comfortable set up as two single beds, you push the two singles together to make a double but the mattresses are different lengths and you loose a lot of floor space. All cooking utensils and cleaning supplies were in the van which was great. We didn't use the toilet but the shower worked and when the battery had power it had some pressure. We are unsure if there was a holding tank on the van depending where you were camping that could be an issue. It is a very light weight and tall caravan, I would suggest making sure the water tank is full before towing. We chose this van as it was dog friendly, unfortunately we broke a window shade on the last day and we are currently working with camplify to resolve the hire issues we had and fixing the damaged shade.

The van wasnt as advertised, not everything worked and there was a broken blind that didnt shut properly, 2 lights where stuck on the hole time and no use any power points

Gorgeous van, brilliantly kitted out with everything you could ever need. Easy to drive. Our only regret is we couldnt stay for longer!

An awesome family adventure, truly off-grid and out of contact for 5 days. Jenny was fantastic! We camped at a friends farm and were completely self sufficient using Jennys large and cold gas powered fridge, with lighting at night from the roof top solar. Main double bed was very comfy and our daughter had a very good sleep on the large sized single bed. We didnt use the bbq but did use the gas oven. Water tank was useful. The fly screen was a big help and wed recommend a trip in this older but well renovated and maintained van. Heaps of storage compartments for clothes and food. And our Bordoodle loved coming along with us too!!
